Arnold Myint is a Top Chef contender and founder of 4 Nashville restaurants, including Suzy Wong’s. Arnold Myint’s alter ego is the stylish and chic Suzy Wong, whom is based upon the concept of the 1950’s novel and 1960 film, “The Wonderful World of Suzie Wong,” about the fictional scarlet who falls for an American diplomat. Suzy Wong’s serves everything from small bites to more unique asian dishes and is a Nashville must. Suzy Wong’s was in need of an identity, so one was developed that mimicked a Chinese wood block stamp to be the restaurant’s delightful masthead.
